This is an application to substitute original petitioner and join as petitioners No. 1(a) to 1(g) being the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased petitioner after condoning the delay of 193 days caused in filing the present application. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, delay in filing the application is condoned. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) & (d).
