In case, the proposal for approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Store Clerk (page 36) is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merit in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within four months. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
