By the order impugned the respondent No.1 - Grievances Redressal Committee remanded the matter back to the Competent Authority, i.e., Deputy Collector (E & R), Malad -1 to reexamine the claim of respondent No.4 for inclusion of his name in the Annexure-II of the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme known as 'Kamla SRA Cooperative Housing Society' at village Malad, Taluka - Borivali, Mumbai Suburban District.

I am not inclined to entertain the present petition frstly for the reason that it is order of remand and secondly, considering the nature of dispute, the petitioner who is developer cannot be said to be party/person aggrieved by the impugned order. The Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
