Counsel for the Petitioners tenders consent terms dated 11th October 2021 dully signed by the parties and their respective advocates. Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Signature of the parties are identified by the respective advocates. Undertaking given in the consent terms are accepted. 3.

In paragraph 6 of the Consent terms it is mentioned about the order to be passed by the Deputy Director of Education after scrutinizing the proposal within six weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal.

It is made clear that the said part shall not be treated as the part of the consent terms.

We hereby direct the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region to scrutinize the proposal submitted by the management and to consider the said proposal for approval in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the said proposal. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Since there are no reliefs sought against respondents no. 1 to 3, writ petition is dismissed against respondents no. 1 to 3.
