This Second Appeal challenges a judgment and order passed by the District Court at Satara confirming the judgment and decree passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Phaltan, Satara. The Second Appeal has already been admitted on a substantial question of law. On the same date, Rule was issued on the Civil Application and an ad-interim order was passed staying the hearing of the execution application, namely, Regular Darkhast No.174/2008. The Rule has been duly served on Respondents. There is no reply filed by the Respondents to the Civil Application. The Respondents are absent despite service.

In the premises, the ad-interim order passed on 29 September 2015 is confirmed pending the hearing and final disposal of the Second Appeal. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. (S.C.GUPTE, J.)
