Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the first informant. Perused the record of the investigation. By an order dated 7.4.2017 the applicants were granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigation Officer on stipulated dates. 2) The applicants are in laws of the first informant Smt. Siddhi Vishal Parekh. Various alleged instances in question had taken place at United State of America. The material allegations in the FIR are made against the husband of the informant Shri. Vishal Parekh. The record reveals that the applicants have attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. In view of the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar reported in 2014(8) SCC 273 the applicants deserve to be protected by pre arrest bail.
