The appeal is already admitted. This Court by order dated 24th July 2015 issued rule and granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). The order of dismissal of appeal as against respondent nos.2 and 3 has already been recalled by this Court. 2.

It is, therefore, made clear that the ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 24th July 2015 shall remain in force during the pendency of first appeal.
