Nobody appears for Petitioner. The prayer is to transfer investigation to Central Bureau of Investigation. The subject FIR was numbered as 90 of 2016 and grievance therein is in relation to a transaction in May 2012.

Learned APP points out that Investigating Officer is not present. Papers with him show that on 23rd August, 2016, the then
