In view of the preliminary objection raised by the learned A.P.P, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application for anticipatory bail before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that the interim protection was granted only for a limited period, to enable the applicant to accompany her daughter, for her SQ Pathan 1/2

aba.629.18.919.doc examination which had commenced on 2nd April, 2018 and as the applicant's daughter was suffering from Thalesamic Minor. It is informed that the examination of the applicant's daughter is over. It is also made clear, that this application was not heard on merits. 4.

If an application for anticipatory bail is filed, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
