Mr.Saste, learned APP at the outset place on record the communication of the Senior Police Inspector, Antop Hill Police Station dated 10.09.2018. Under the said communication Secretary of the Shreeram Darshan Cooperative Housing Society is informed there is no objection from police to give no objection to petitioner to sale or transfer the flat in the society. The Communication is taken on record.

In the light of the above mentioned communication the impugned order challenged in the present petition stands nullified. The grievance of the petitioner therefore no more survives. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
