Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, the Government has considered the case of Petitioner for premature release and categorization. That, the Petitioner has been placed in Category 3(B) as per Government Circular dated 11th May, 1992, as the date of Judgment and Order passed by the trial Court was on 8th June, 1999. In view thereof, the Petitioner will have to undergo 24 years of imprisonment including remission. 2.

According to us, the grievance of the Petitioner is sufficiently meted out by the concerned department of the Government. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
