By this application, the Applicant has sought withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Appellant Insurance Company as per the Judgment and Award of the Claims Tribunal.

The records reveal that vide order dated 15.11.2021, in Interim Application No. 550 of 2021, this Court had granted interim stay to the execution of the Award subject to deposit of compensation. Directions were also given to the Tribunal to release 50% of the compensation in favour of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2-Original Claimants. 3.

Since 50% compensation is already ordered to be released, I am not inclined to release any further amount. Application stands dismissed.
