This Application has been filed by the two Applicants claiming to be representing 2083 employees who were allegedly the employees of the second Respondent Company. However, a letter of authorization signed by the 2083 employees

ash caw-993.15 specifically authorizing the Applicants to file an Application for intervention in the present Petition has not been annexed. Only on that ground, we decline to entertain this Application. Accordingly, this Civil Application is rejected.
