The petitioners have approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing the Original Application No.118 of 2022 so as to challenge the Seniority List dated 1st January 2021. The said Original Application is being considered by the Tribunal. The petitioners have filed this writ petition with a prayer that a direction to be issued to the Tribunal to decide the said Original Application expeditiously.

We find that it was necessary for the petitioners to first make a request to the Tribunal to expedite consideration of the said Original Application. Since the petitioners have not made such request, they are at liberty to make such request before the Tribunal. If such

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
