In view of order already passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Kalpanabai Prakash Pawar Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors. Writ Petition No. 204 of 2015) and order matters, dated 21 January 2015, the submission is made that the same directions be issued to Respondent No.2 Zilla Parishad and direct to decide the proposal in terms of Government Resolution dated 29 September 2011, as the Petitioners belonging to the Scheduled Tribe category, as early as possible and positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Therefore, we ordered accordingly.

Rule is disposed of accordingly.
