The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that after impugned order was passed on 25 July 2019 again there is an order passed on 15 January 2024.

In light of the Government Resolution dated 27 March 2024 a full fledge Appellate remedy is provided for challenging the orders regarding the refusal of approval in orders passed after January 2024. The Appellate Authority also has powers to issue interim orders. 3.

In light thereof, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Sneha Chavan
