The petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing respondents to transfer the petitioner from Kolhapur Central Prison to Thane/Kalyan/Mumbai/Taloja Prison.

Mr. Sejpal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is not produced for trial in Sessions Case No.190 of 2011 pending before the Sessions Court at Kalyan.

The said grievance can be addressed by directing the Jail Authorities at Kalamba Central Prison at Kolhapur to produce the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

55 wp 1524.17.doc petitioner for trial in Sessions Case No.190 of 2011 before the Sessions Court at Kalyan as and when directed by the Sessions Court. Ordered accordingly.
