Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of judgment and order dated 27 September 2023 passed by the Jt. Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pimpri, Pune and states that the petitioner is acquitted of the ofences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code alleged in the FIR being FIR No.220 of 2020 registered with Chinchwad Police Station, Dist Pune. 2.

In view of above, counsel for the petitioner has not pressed the present petition. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
