This is an Application for Speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 04.09.2018.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the seventh para, clause (i) of the aforesaid order, it has been inadvertently typed as "Appeal No. 338 of 2015" instead of "Appeal No. 338 of 2014".

Accordingly, Clause (i) mentioned in the Order dated 04.09.2018 be corrected as "Appeal No. 338 of 2014" instead of "Appeal No. 338 of 2015".

Accordingly, the Order dated 04.09.2018, shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is. 6.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in para (7), clause (vii), parties were directed to maintain status-quo till the Appeal was finally decided by the Hon'ble Minister. She requests that the said protection be continued for a period of three weeks from today in case an adverse order is passed either against the Petitioners or the Respondent No. 1. Accordingly, parties are directed to maintain status-quo for a period of three weeks
thereafter. Accordingly, clause (vii) shall now read as under :- In the meantime, parties shall maintain status-quo till the Appeal is finally decided by the Hon'ble Minister and for a period of three weeks after the final order is passed. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
