1] This is an application for extention of period to deposit an amount of Rs.23,59,670/- as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, while releasing the applicant on bail. 2] For the reasons stated in the application, the period to deposit the said amount is hereby extended by two weeks from today, as a last chance.

osk 27-appln-149-2019.odt 3] As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, it is surprising to note that since July 2018, the applicant has not complied with the condition of furnishing sureties, though the applicant was permitted to be released on cash bail by the trial Court.

In view thereof, no relief can be granted to the applicant in that behalf.
