It is informed that the learned counsel for the Petitioners is no more. Hence, notice was issued to the Petitioners for engagement of another counsel. The notice issued to the Petitioner No. 1 has been duly served. However, the notice issued to the Petitioner No. 2 is returned unserved with the remark "The Petitioner No. 2 is not residing at the given address".

Petitioner No. 1, who is served is absent. As per the earlier order dated 03.01.2023, time has been granted to remove the offce objections within a period of eight weeks and a conditional order in that regard was passed. Since the Petitioner
