Pursuant to mediation between the parties, parties have reconciled, compromised and settled their differences which are part of the Consent Terms dated 24.11.2022. Paragraph 2 of the Consent Terms reads as under:- "2.

The Party No. 1 filed petition for nullity of the marriage bearing P.A. No. 2427 of 2021 before the Hon'ble Family Court, at Bandra. The Party No. 2 also filed petition for nullity of the marriage bearing P.A. No. 2035 of 2021 before the Hon'ble Family Court, at Pune. Both the parties have filed transfer applications before the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay, bearing Misc. Civil Application Nos. 225 of 2022 and 122 of

74. civil mca 122 & 225-22.doc 2022 respectively. Thereafter, both the parties have been directed to try for the settlement of their dispute, by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in Criminal Writ Petition No. 3831 of 2022." 3.

Copy of the consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the above, both Misc. Civil Applications are disposed of.

Stay granted vide order dated 25.08.2022 stands vacated. Parties to take appropriate steps.

In view of the judgment dated 11.12.2021 passed by the Supreme Court in the case of Amit Kumar v/s. Suman Beniwal reported in 2022(2) Mh.L.J. 1, the period of six months for grant of decree of divorce by mutual consent stands waived.
