This is an application for condonation of delay of 236 days in filing the revision application. The learned APP opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the application subject to condition that the applicant shall pay costs of Rs.2000/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within a period of 4-weeks from today.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the afore stated condition.
