Heard learned counsel for the parties.

There is a delay of around 200 days in instituting this Civil Revision Application. The reason for the delay as stated in the Civil Application is that the applicant is suffering from Tuberculosis (TB) and had been advised complete rest. Necessary medical certificates have also been annexed to the Civil Application. 3.
Taking into consideration all such material, sufficient cause has been shown and therefore, the delay is condoned. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
