This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.76 of 2023, registered with Alibag Police Station, Raigad, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 146, 147, 148, 149, 327, 324, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code").

By an order dated 3rd April, 2023, this Court was persuaded to grant interim protection.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer, post investigation, has filed 'A' Summary. 1/2

In view of the above, in the event of arrest of the applicant in CR No.76 of 2023, registered with Alibag Police Station, Raigad, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
