Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by petitioner for restoration of Writ Petition No.8667 of 2015 which stand dismissed in view of conditional order dated 26.8.2016 passed by this court.

The learned counsel. for the respondent wife submits that she has no objection if Civil Application is allowed. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Writ Petition No.8667 of 2015 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits by modifying the order dated 26.8.2016 to that extent.
