This is an application for condonation of delay occurred in filing the Criminal Revision Application. By an order dated 20th August, 2016, the Applicant was directed to deposit the additional amount of Rs.60,000/-in the Registry of the Appellate Court.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the said direction has been complied. The xerox copy of the receipt with regards to the deposit of the said amount.
