There are cross FIRs registered between the parties and the bone of contention between the parties is a property known as Bastav Pereira Chawl and the room therein. In view thereof, no relief can be granted to the Applicant in the above Criminal Application, the same is accordingly dismissed.

On the charge sheet being filed, it would be open for the Applicant to avail of the statutory remedies available in law. If any such proceedings are filed, the same would be tried on their own merits and in accordance with law.
