DATED : 15th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The order dated 21/4/2022 which mention C.R.No. I-150/2020 registered with Kashimira police station, to be corrected and replaced with C.R.No. I-150/2022. By order dated 21/4/2022, the applicant was admitted to protection and he was directed to deposit the sum of Rs.Two lakhs in this Court within one week. It is informed that the order is complied.

In the wake of the accusations levelled against the present applicant that at his instance, the complainant had Tilak

2/2 7 ABA 1030-22.doc transferred a sum of Rs.Two lakhs in the account of Mustafa, who is already in custody and in fact, the entire amount of Rs.Four lakhs was credited to Mustafa's account, except a sum of Rs.10,000/- which was paid to Mr.Tehreen Khan. In any case, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.Two lakhs and he has no objection if the complainant is permitted to withdraw the same. The complainant, who is present in the Court, state that his grievance as against the present applicant was only to the effect that at his instance, an amount was transferred in the account of Mustafa for purchase of one car of which the value was fixed at Rs.4,10,000/-.

In the wake of the aforesaid, let the complainant approach the Registry of this Court and on establishing his identity, he shall be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.Two lakhs.

The order dated 21/4/2022 is made absolute.
