That, by its Order dated 10th November, 2023, the learned Magistrate has accepted the said report. A photocopy of Rojnama/Daily Status published on the e-Court site is produced on record in that behalf.

2) In view of the above, Petition for quashing of C.R. No.1553 of 2022 registered with Kasturbamarg Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
