The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after filing of the present Petition the appointment of the Petitioner as Headmaster is approved by the State Government. 2.

The State Government has already directed the Education Officer to take steps pursuant to the order dated 2nd August 2022 of the State Government. The Education Officer shall decide the same in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
