This Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 30th November 2022 passed by learned Registrar- Judicial II. By said order, it has been directed to remove office objections within a period of two weeks failing which, registration of Second Appeal along with all Interim Applications were directed to be refused. 2.

Hence, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is restored to file. 5.

The Applicants to remove the office objections in Second Appeal within a period of twelve weeks from today.
