Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondent No.3. Other respondents have been served. In view of the averments made in the application, sufficient cause is made out. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B).
Place the appeal on 23rd July 2015 under the caption `Fresh Admission'. Call for Record and Proceedings. In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 shall take instructions whether the respondent No.3 intends to challenge the impugned Award. The parties are put to notice that if the respondent No.3 does not intend to challenge the Award, on the next date, an endeavour shall be made to decide the appeal finally at the stage of admission.
