This is an application for modification of the conditions stipulated in order dated 25th February, 2016, passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1884 of 2015. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant has to face hardship in complying with the condition no.(ii), as he is required to attend the trial Court on first Monday of every month as well as the dates of the trial Court. He submitted that if the regular date of the trial Court does not fall on first Monday, he is required to prefer an application before the trial Court for taking his matter on board and making his attendance in the said proceedings.

rpa 2/2 appp-315-17.doc In view of the aforesaid hardship, the applicant submits that the condition no.(ii) i.e. reporting the trial Court on first Monday of every month, may be relaxed. Learned APP submitted that the applicant may be directed to remain present on all the dates of hearing before the trial Court. In view of the above, condition no.(ii) stipulated in order dated 25th February, 2016 is modified as follows: (i) After the released from jail, the applicant shall attend all the dates of hearing before the trial Court. The condition to report trial Court on first Monday is relaxed;

(ii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
