The Applicant has approached this Court for anticipatory bail as the learned Sessions Judge has refused to grant interim protection by order dated 8 April 2022. 3.
The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the main application is coming up before the learned Sessions Judge on 16 April 2022.

If that be so, this Court would be slow in granting indulgence as the main application is coming up before the Sessions Judge within two days.
