The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the main application is coming up before the learned Sessions Judge on 16 April 2022.

If that be so, this Court would be slow in granting indulgence as the main application is coming up before the Sessions Judge within two days.

The Criminal Application is disposed of. The learned Sessions Judge shall hear the main Application, and an endeavor shall be made to decide the application on the same day. 6.
