The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Civil Revision Application which has stood dismissed on account of the conditional order dated 18.12.2015 which order mandated the removal of office objections within a particular time frame, failing which the Civil Revision Application was to stand dismissed for nonprosecution. Since the Civil Revision Application has been dismissed for a technical reason, the above Civil Application is required to be allowed and is accordingly allowed. The Civil Revision Application is restored to file. The Learned Counsel for the Applicants is granted four weeks time to remove office objections, failing which the Civil Revision Application would once again stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
