The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the Appeal is admitted on 1st July, 2011. He further submitted that the private paper book was not supplied within the stipulated period as directed by the Court by the order dated 1st July, 2011. The learned counsel submitted that he is ready to prepare the paper book and will file the same.
