P.C:- Not on board. Upon production, taken on board. This Petition challenges the order dated 6th April, 2015 made by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, declining to entertain Petitioner's application for "status-quo" pending decision on application seeking temporary injunction (Exh. 5).

The impugned order records that the Defendants are to file their say on the Exh.5 application on 23rd April, 2015. In the aforesaid circumstances, the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan is directed to dispose of the Petitioner's application Exh. 5 positively on or before 4th May, 2015.

Petitioner is permitted to produce authenticated copy of this order before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan. With the aforesaid observations, present Petition is disposed of.
