Mr. Sriram Sridharan states that Petitioner No.2 is no more in existence.

Mr. Sriram Sridharan states that Petitioner No.1 is in liquidation and liquidator Mr. Vivek Parti has instructed him to continue to appear in the matter. Mr. Sriram Sridharan seeks leave of the court to amend the petition to bring the liquidator on record. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out during the course of today. Re-verification dispensed. 3.

Mr. Sriram Sridharan further states that liquidator is handicapped in as much as the promoters of Petitioner No.1 have not been Purti Parab

Since the Customs Department has not yet lodged any claim with the liquidator, Mr.Sriram Sridharan therefore requests court to dispose the petition with liberty to approach should the need arise to protect the rights of the creditors of the company in liquidation 4.
