Learned advocate for the applicant in anticipatory bail application submits that the applicant has expired on 2nd July 2018. The photocopy of the death certificate has been tendered. It is taken on record. In view of this, the anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.624 of 2016 stands disposed off.
