This is an application for returning of amount deposited by the Respondents in pursuance of Orders dated 30.06.2016 and 24.11.2016 in ABA No. 932 of 2016 by this Court.

The record indicates that the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been duly served by the Applicant and an affidavit of service dated 26.09.2017 has been filed to that effect. Despite of service, none appears for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
