As a stipulation, he was directed to co-operate with the investigation. The learned APP on the basis of the instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court state that the applicant has rendered his co-operation. In the wake of this statement and the prima facie observations being made in the order dated 9th April 2021, justifying his release on bail in the event of his arrest, the order dated 9th April 2021 is made absolute.
