This application is filed for recalling the order dated 27.02.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judl.I). By that order, applicant was given four weeks time to remove office objections namely, replacing photocopies at pages No.13, 49, 67, 98, 158 to 160, 169, 171 to 180, 183 to 196, 214 to 217, 204 to 207, 212, 238. Mr. Mishra states that notices were not issued to the respondents. None appears on behalf of the respondents. He assures that after restoration of the Petition, applicant will remove office objections within 6 weeks.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Petition is restored to its original position.
