Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are ready and willing to implement the impugned order passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik. The respondent No.1 may resume the service in implementation of the order passed by the School Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw these petitions on the condition that the respondent no.1 in both the petitions report to the school on 27th June 2016 for duty. 4.
