Mr. Sachin Gite, the learned Counsel for Applicant - Accused assures that in addition to amount of Rs. 37,500/- deposited before the appellate court, the Applicant - Accused shall deposit the balance amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- before this Court within a period of two weeks from today. Since statement is made on instructions, accepted his undertaking. 2.
The Applicant - Accused to deposit the amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- with the Registrar (Judicial-I), High Court, Bombay.

In view of aforesaid statement, sentence is suspended. The Applicant - Accused be acquitted to bail on same terms on which he was ordered to be released by the learned trial Judge. 4.
While dealing with the prayer for withdrawal of amount, if so moved by the Respondent No.1 - Complainant, Respondent No. 1 may consider the prayer for compounding made by the learned Counsel for Applicant - Accused, pursuant to the provisions of Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
