This is an application received through Jail. The applicant is accused in CR No.35/2013 registered with Palghar Police Station, Palghar which culminated into Sessions Case No. 128/2014. In an earlier application preferred by the applicant bearing Bail Application No.1758/2014 this Court has requested the learned Sessions Judge, Palghar, seized with Sessions Case No.128/2014 to make an endeavor to conclude the recording of evidence in the said case as far as possible within 10-months from the date of framing of charge.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that the charge in Sessions Case No.128/2014 is framed on 20.11.2015. After taking into consideration the earlier directions issued by this Court on 22.9.2014 the period of 10-months is yet to come to an end. In view of the above, according
