Learned counsel appearing for the parties have already settled the matter by entering into the consent terms which is already filed by the parties before the Family Court and have agreed to implement the said consent terms. In view of the consent terms filed between the parties, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is at liberty to withdraw this petition.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 4.
In view of the consent terms already arrived at between the parities before the Family Court in Petition No.A-1064 of 2013, Office is directed to permit the respondent to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-
kvm 2/2 40-WP14233.16 deposited towards arrears of interim maintenance in view of the petitioner having no objection under the said consent terms. I have perused the copy of the consent terms dated 7th November,2017 filed by the parties before the Family Court at Bandra in Petition No.A-1064 of 2013.

Office is directed to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 6.
A copy of the consent terms dated 7th November, 2017 is taken on record to enable the Office of this Court to permit the respondent to withdraw the said amount of Rs.3,00,000/- as agreed by and between the parties.
