The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to file a Second Revision before the State Government. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Needless to state that the merits of the matter have not been dealt with and it is for the concerned authority of the State Government to deal with the same. In the event the Second Revision is filed, the Petitioner would serve a notice on the Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 to 6 who would accordingly inform the said Respondents.
