By order dated 25.03.2022, the Applicant was ordered to be released on PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. The Applicant was also directed to report to Narayan Nagar Police Station, once in a month on every first Saturday between 11 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. , until further orders. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant be released on provisional cash bail for a period of six weeks. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) Applicant is ordered to be released on provisional cash bail of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) for a period of six weeks. ii) The Applicant shall within the said period of six weeks furnish Salgaonkar

923 1301-22.doc P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, NDPS, Thane;

iii) The applicant shall report to the Naya Nagar Police Station, on first Saturday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. until further orders,.

iv) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case , in any manner;

v) The Applicant shall keep the trial Court informed of the current address, mobile contact number and/or change of residence of mobile details, if any, from time to time.

vi) The Applicant shall co-operate with conduct of the trial and attend the trial on all dates, unless exempted.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
