We find that the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent No.1 to decide his Revision filed on 17 November 2008 under Section 71 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning act, 1971. Having regard to the prayer in the petition, we dispose of the petition directing Respondent No.1 to consider and decide such revision, if the same is still pending in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
